Reservations and Payment 
A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your stay.  A 50% deposit of the rental amount is due within 5 days of notification by Historic Floyd House confirming the dates and reservation request. The remaining 50% balance is due three (3) weeks prior to arrival at Historic Floyd House. In the event that your reservation is for a period occurring three (3) weeks or less prior to arrival date then payment is due in full, including the security and cleaning deposit. All confirmed reservations are also subject to a refundable security and cleaning deposit. [See Policies] 

Payment Methods: Historic Floyd House accepts US Bank checks denominated in US$ or wire transfer directly to our account. Historic Floyd House also accepts credit cards through PayPal. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card.
