Check-In Time: 3:00
to 6:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. We will do our best
to accommodate earlier or later arrivals. Departures later than 11am
will be charged an additional day.
Smoking: Please
respect our no smoking policy inside the Floyd or Guest House. Please
use the ash tray provided for outside smoking. Please do not litter
Cigarette butts in the yard.
Children: Young adults
12 years older are welcome.
House Keeping: Daily
services available upon request at additional charge with advance notice.
| Pets: Your well behaved,
clean and well-groomed pet is most welcome. You are expected to clean
up after your pet and limit their stay to downstairs and on the floors.
Cleanliness regardless of seasonal conditions is your responsibility.
We can provide special treats
for your friend, bedding, stainless steel bowls and a kennel box at additional
charge.
Alternatively, reservations
are accepted at either of two excellent local pet boarding facilities,
Aloha Boarding on Grade Road about a 5 minute drive 209.736.6989, or Angels
Pet Center 209.736.2355. |

Security Deposits:
A $250 refundable security deposit is required with your reservation.
Your refundable Security Deposit will serve initially to hold your dates
and is collected separately, and in addition to rental of the home.
Any pet related clean up
or maintenance required following your stay will result in loss of your
entire security deposit. Smoking inside the Floyd House or the Guest
House, or littered Cigarette butts on the property will result in the loss
of your entire security deposit. A $30.00 charge will be applied
to each lost key. Excessive damage or wear to linens and/or upholstered
furniture will be deducted from your deposit. Excessive garbage,
amounts exceeding the large can provided will be charged a minimum $30.00
handling fee. In the event that damages exceed the deposited amount, you
agree to cover all necessary costs related to the restoration/cleaning
of such damages up to the replacement value of such damages. Normally
your Security Deposit will be refunded within (5) days of your departure
if there is no damage to the premises.

products.
We recycle and compost materials.
We encourage resource conservation. |
Cancellation Policy
In the event that Tenant
cancels the reservation for any reason, a $250 cancellation fee will be
charged. If the cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to
the Check-In Date and Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by
Tenant’s Check-In Date, Tenant will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of
the rental costs. If the cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days
of the Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the
Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Owner will make
all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date.
No refunds for late arrivals or early check outs.
